You are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions before any service with Morgan Harris Beauty.

  • Need to cancel your appointment?
    • Please inform the salon of your cancellation or request to reschedule as soon as possible as this allows clients on the waiting list the opportunity to fill the appointment. If a cancellation is made inside the 24-hour period, 50% of your treatment cost will be charged.
    • Cancellation of a Cosmetic Tattoo booking requires minimum 48 hours’ notice, or a loss of deposit will apply.
  • Running late for your appointment?
    • Please inform the salon if you know you’re going to be late for your appointment. There will be a 15-minute grace period, which may result in limited service options. Any later, will result in rescheduling your appointment, and a cancellation fee will be charged.
    • If you change your service/s due to running late, your initial booked service fee/s will be charged.
  • Want to change your booked service/s?
    • Please let the salon know as soon as possible.
    • If you change your mind and cancel any of your booked services, with less than 24 hours’ notice, your initial booked service fee/s will be charged.
  • Any changes to your medical health / history / allergies / medications?

    Please notify Morgan prior to any treatment given if any of your medical information has changed.
    Medications / allergies / health issues can compromise some treatments and procedures. Please advise Morgan of any changes throughout your visits.

  • Confirmation text message

    The computer system will send an automated confirmation text a few days before your scheduled appointment. This is not from the salons mobile number. Please note no messages to the number can be seen except for your ‘YES’ or ‘NO’ response. Reply ‘YES’ to confirm your appointment or reply ‘NO’ to cancel. If you cancel your appointment, please ensure you get in touch to re-book.

  • Salon Prices

    Prices are subject to change without notice. Morgan Harris Beauty is a salon of excellence and takes pride in the quality of products and services provided.

  • How can I pay for my treatments?
    • Payments can be made by cash or EFTPOS Visa or Mastercard.
    • Payments can be made over the phone for cosmetic tattoo deposits.
    • Payments can be made using Afterpay. This payment option can be used for product / services over $100. You must have your account set up through Afterpay and ready to put through your transaction at the time of your appointment.
    • Afterpay offers simple and affordable installment plans . The payment platform allows you to purchase in four equal installments, due every 2 weeks. For example, if you purchase an item for $200, you pay 4 installments of $50. There is no additional cost to use Afterpay so long as you pay on time. All of your payments are interest-free and you can take your purchase straight away or have that treatment you where wanting.

  • How can I book in for an appointment?
  • Can I bring my child/children?

    As much as we love children, we hope you understand that the salon is an extremely busy place; and to ensure you are given a high-quality service without interruption, it is preferred that children do not attend.

  • Do you sell gift vouchers?
    • Yes. You can select from the range of treatments from the service menu or nominate a value amount.
    • Gift Vouchers are to be used within 1 year from purchase date. They cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will cash be given in exchange for unused balances and they are non-refundable.
    • Gift Vouchers can be arranged over the phone and sent out directly to you or the receiver, or a time may be arranged to purchase from the salon.
  • Where are you located?
    • We are located at 37 Mahoney’s Road Forest Hill, inside Brush Hair Salon.
    • On Mahoneys road we are right near Westpac bank and The Salvos Store.
    • The salon is outside of Forest Hill Shopping centre, with the food court entrance across the road.
  • What are your opening hours?
    • We are open
    • Tuesday 9am – 5pm
      Wednesdays 9am – 5pm
      Thursday 9am – 8pm
      Friday 9am – 5pm
      Saturday 9am – 1pm
    • The salon is closed Sunday and Monday and Public Holidays.
    • We will only respond to your message, calls, or emails within business hours and please allow up to 48 hours for a reply in these times.
    • There is a 20% surcharge for treatments booked outside business hours.
  • Where can I park?
    • On Mahoney’s road outside of the salon, there is 15 and 30 minute parking. These parking spots are time censored so do not over stay your limit, they are regularly checked.
    • When you enter Mahoney’s road from Canterbury road, take your first right into the underground Forest Hill Shopping Centre Car Park and park anywhere near the car wash. These have no time limits.
    • You can also park at the top of the strip of shops on Mahoney’s Road.
    • We will not be held responsible for any parking tickets or extended treatment times.
    • Please allow yourself time for parking and possibilities of traffic at peak times.
